Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
• Administer contracts, benefits, and HR policy implementation.
• Handle industrial relations and ensure labour law compliance.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports.
Qualifications and Competencies:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• IPMZ membership or similar professional body.
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
